Why grass-beef?

Grass-fed beef has 400% more vitamin A and D than regular beef.

Grass-fed beef has more CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), A proven anti-cancer agent.

Grass-fed beef has substantially higher amounts of omega 3 fatty acids—the heart healthy fat found in salmon and other fish.

Cattle raised on grass pasture also cannot develop the deadly stomach-acid resistant E-Coli bacteria that grain-fed cattle can.

What is the definition of organic?

The word “Organic” refers to the method in which our crops and livestock are raised and processed. Look for the USDA organic label.

How is “Certified Organic” beef superior to “Natural” beef?

According to the USDA, in order to state that one's product is Certified Organic, requires a strict code of standards and ethics.

We have independent agents that come to annually certify our land, animals and packing facility. The processing facilities must meet standards of cleanliness that are far more stringent than the standards for the conventional beef industry.

What health benefits are derived from grass-fed beef?

Most of the US feedlots that use feeds that are up to 90% grain cattle grow 3 times faster on such a diet as they would with hay. Although it takes organic beef weeks, even months for our grass-fed cattle to reach market weight, we believe that beef in it's natural grass-fed state is the health food of today.
