We offer beef in any cut or packaging you desire; all organically processed and vacuum packed.
We sell it as:

You can purchase our grass fed, organic beef at the St. Joseph Farmer’s Market every Friday afternoon or we’ll take your orders by phone or email. Delivery can be arranged to the St. Cloud and Willmar areas. You will find our prices to be less than organic beef found in grocery stores; however, the most economical way to buy our beef is by the quarter or half, as it significantly reduces our retail time and expense. A quarter of beef will yield approximately 125 pounds of cut, vacuum packed boneless beef (60% hamburger, 25% steak, and 15% roasts) at a price very nearly the same as the grocery stores charge for their factory farm, feedlot raised, antibiotic and steroid injected, industrial beef.
